This congress was organised by two Brazilian surgeons who are very well known in the global community of plastic surgeons. It was the first congress to specialise solely in the posterior part of the body contour, particularly the back and the buttocks.
The organisers invited Dr Pascal to speak about the procedures in which he has innovative techniques:
- back lifts;
- buttock lifts; and
- thigh lifts.
Five hundred surgeons from around the world were present, including specialists from the United States, Australia and South America. Dr Pascal was the only French surgeon. He gave 3 presentations and spoke on 2 panels.
